CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1) Conclusion of contract
The buyer enters into a legally binding purchase contract with Bold Rady, subject to the following terms and conditions, and accepts these terms and conditions. It should be noted that these terms and conditions must be adapted to the changing legal situation. Therefore, the terms and conditions valid at the time of the order apply to all contracts. Any provisions that deviate from these terms and conditions shall only come into force and be valid if they have been confirmed separately and in writing by Bold Rady.
2) Prices
All prices at Bold Rady are in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding shipping costs and customs fees. The prices at the time of the purchase contract are decisive for each individual order. Swiss VAT is not levied according to the small business regulation. Errors and price changes excepted.

3) Shipping and production time

SWITZERLAND – processing time 4–5 business days plus an estimated 1–2 business days for shipping
EUROPE – processing time 4–5 business days plus an estimated 8–10 business days for shipping
OTHER COUNTRIES – processing time 4–5 business days plus an estimated 10–22 business days for shipping

All shipments are sent with a tracking number and are sent with the Swiss Post. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. You can check the shipment status via:
Customs duties and fees for deliveries abroad
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the displayed total price and that are to be paid in full by the buyer.
Bold Rady is not responsible for these.

Damaged package:
Bold Rady is not responsible for packages that have been damaged in transit. Such a case must be reported as a claim within 3 working days at the nearest post office with the tracking number available.
Stolen or lost packages:
Bold Rady assumes no liability for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost in transit, a claim must also be submitted to the post office using the tracking number. If a package is declared as “delivered”, no loss can be claimed.

If you do not accept the products sent by Bold Rady, do not pick them up or if they cannot be delivered, you will be charged for all costs incurred. Bold Rady is not liable for undeliverable or late delivery of goods due to incorrect delivery address information provided by the customer, absence of the recipient, or problems with customs clearance. If there are any issues with this, please contact Bold Rady immediately for further instructions.
4) Payment
Prepayment in the online store using a variety of payment methods.

5) Warranty and notice of defects
The product images may differ from the appearance of the delivered products, especially with regard to color. All my products are handmade and are therefore unique, so there may be slight variations in texture and appearance. All earrings are made with the utmost care, but nevertheless, minor imperfections, air bubbles in the resin, etc. may occur. Such deviations do not constitute grounds for claims for defects.
You have to check the goods immediately upon receipt with all due care and to report defects within one day of receipt at the latest (notice of defect), otherwise the goods shall be deemed approved. The notice of defect is made by sending a photo of the defective goods via the contact form. If the notice of defect is justified, you will receive a replacement delivery at no additional cost to you
6) Return of defect-free goods
Bold Rady's standard is always to deliver the highest quality and best possible workmanship.
Should you nevertheless not be satisfied with an ordered item, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. You must inform Bold Rady before returning the goods by using the contact form. The goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Excluded from the right of return are:
- Polymer Clay Cutter (custom-made and for hygienic reasons)
- Sales items

Please note:

all return shipping costs must be covered by you. In addition, Bold Rady will not cover any customs fees or possible processing fees for international deliveries. Any costs incurred for the original delivery (e.g. customs fees) will not be refunded to you.

Returns from abroad must be clearly declared as returns on the customs declaration. If the declaration is not made correctly, additional import fees will be incurred for the return to Switzerland, which will be deducted from the credit in the form of a voucher.
As soon as Bold Rady has received the goods and they meet the above requirements (flawless and in original packaging), the amount of the returned goods will be refunded to you in the form of a digital voucher that can be redeemed in the Bold Rady online store. However, shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the goods are damaged and/or were not returned in their original packaging, Bold Rady reserves the right to only credit part of the goods in the form of a digital voucher or to refuse to take back the goods.

7) Liability
Claims for damages, for whatever legal reason, are excluded. However, liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods, at Bold Rady's discretion. Further claims by the buyer are excluded. In particular, Bold Rady is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow the instructions for use or natural wear and tear, or for damages that have not occurred to the delivery item itself (consequential damages).
8) Copyright
All content on the Bold Rady website (graphics, photos, designs, images, texts, etc.) is the property of Bold Rady and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or other use is prohibited and only permitted with the express written consent of Bold Rady. In the event of a violation of this requirement, Bold Rady reserves the right to take all legal steps.
9) Data protection
The seller processes the customer's personal data for a specific purpose and in accordance with legal requirements. The personal data provided for the purpose of ordering goods (such as name, email address, postal address, payment data) will be used by the seller to fulfill and process the contract. This data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties who are not involved in the ordering, delivery and payment process.
10) Applicable law
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
